Anesthesiology Locums Physician, Pennsylvania - Flexible Blocks

Long-term Anesthesiology locums opportunity in Williamsport, Pennsylvania with flexible scheduling and full case variety.

Highlights

• 20 shifts per month with consistent long-term needs
• 9-hour weekday shifts with optional 12- or 24-hour weekend call

Practice Setting

• High-volume inpatient hospital setting
• Team of 9 anesthesiologists and a full CRNA staff
• 18 anesthetizing locations in use daily
• Cerner EMR

Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 6:30 am start (9-hour shifts)
• Optional weekend call: 12- or 24-hour in-house
• Call covers OB and general cases with CRNA team on-site

Cases and Procedures

• Full spectrum: general, cardiac, neuro, ortho, and OB
• ~40 OR cases and 30 GI cases per day
• ~330 C-sections and 300 cardiac cases annually
• 90% adult, 10% pediatric

Requirements

• Board Certified or Eligible within 3 years of training
• Active Pennsylvania license or IMLC eligible
• Comfortable with OB, Peds, and full-scope Cardiac cases
• DEA, ACLS, and NPDB self-query required
